The MCA department has a separate computer lab with 106 IBM computers, each powered by a Pentium 4 processor clocking at 3 GHz. Further, each system also supports 512 and 256 MB of DDR RAM running at 333 Mhz. The machines are connected to each other and an IBM X-Series Server through a high-speed Gigabit LAN that can transport data at a stunning rate of 1000Mbps. A 8 Mbps leased line from BSNL provides internet connectivity to the lab. The department also houses a library consisting of books and magazines for the exclusive use of staff and students of M.C.A. Department.

:: Computer Lab I- MCA
The MCA department has a state-of-the-art computer lab with 65 IBM computers, each powered by an Intel P4 processor clocking at 3 GHz. The machines are connected to each other two and a High End IBM XEON Server by means of a High Speed LAN that can transport data at a stunning rate of 1000 Mbps. The lab boasts of state-of-the-art peripherals and a collection of licensed software that cater to the educational needs of students. The lab also provides internet connectivity to staff and students by means of a High Speed Microwave linked broadband connection. The lab is equipped with an LCD Projection Facility and a Public Address System, for conducting Seminars, Faculty Development Programmes, Guest Lectures, etc., for a gathering of up to 100 people. |

:: Computer Lab II - MCA
This laboratory is established in this academic year of 2006-2007 mainly for the purpose of extending Internet facilities to our Students. The Lab is equipped with 41 Numbers of Pentium IV machines and the high end server is provided to form the network with structured cabling. An exclusive website www.klncit.edu.in is hosted from this server to give the information about the institution. A 8 Mbps leased line from BSNL is serving for Internet Browsing purpose. |
