"Our Head of the Department Prof. Ms.K.Balasubadra has done M.E. Applied Electronics and now she is doing Ph.D. in the area of Optical Communication. She has seventeen years of teaching experience. The Department houses Electronic lab 1, Electronic lab 2, Communication Systems Lab, Microprocessor Lab, Digital Signal Processing Lab and Microwave Lab, VLSI lab. ."
The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering has well qualified and experienced Faculty members with both Teaching and Research Experience. Faculty members are continuously upgrading their knowledge by the way of presenting papers in conferences, attending workshops, seminars, faculty development programs etc., to epitomize the cutting edge technology prevailing in the field of Electronics and Communication Engineering. For mutual mobilization of Technological ideas, Interaction with Industry is carried out as a curriculum requirement and visits by eminent Persons from the Industries and Academic Institutions are encouraged. Students do projects in industry to get real time Industrial Exposure. The 8 Mbps internet connectivity from BSNL is serving the Department Laboratory round the clock rendering Internet facility for the Students. .
